Methamphetamine Contaminated Property Cleanup Act
A program established to ensure the successful remediation of properties contaminated by methamphetamine laboratory activities. The EHD is designated as the enforcement agency by the local health officer under the provisions of the Methamphetamine Contaminated Property Cleanup Act.


Authority:

California Health and Safety Code Section 25411.10 et seq.

Funding:

Hourly Rate Fee for Service.

Clients/Customers:

San Joaquin County area Residents, Tenants, Property Owners.

Workload:

Cases initiated upon notification by law enforcement.
