How to Make a Payment

* If you make a payment online, a convenience fee is charged in addition to the amount paid. The convenience fee is based on the amount paid.  Just before completing your transaction, the payment amount and the cost of the convenience fee will be stated. You will have the option NOT to complete the transaction at that time.

 Mail payments by check or money order to:

MAKE A PAYMENT NEAR YOU BY USING MONEYGRAM
    Make payments by cash or debit card in over 4,200 MoneyGram locations.

        -  MoneyGram payments can be made at Wal-Mart, CVS, 7-Eleven, and a variety of grocery stores.  To find one near you, CLICK HERE.
       -  San Joaquin County Revenue and Recovery's Receive Code is 14570.  
       -  The transaction limit is $10,000 daily per person.

       -  The convenience fee is $4.99.

  Make payments by cash, check, or money order in our office at: 

  San Joaquin County Administration Building
  350 E. Weber Ave.  (Entrance is on the corner on Weber Ave. and Sutter St.)
  Stockton, CA 95202
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday through Friday (Closed Major Holidays)
