Air Cargo
From the Bay Area to Sacramento/Reno. From Redding to Fresno. Stockton Metropolitan Airport is Northern California’s low cost logistics hub!
- Serve all of Northern California from one location.
- Less than a two-hour truck drive to all major Northern California cities
In addition to full-service general aviation and commercial travel facilities, Stockton Metro features top-of-the-line air cargo capabilities. SCK proudly boasts one of the longest runways in the region, making it the only non-hub airport in Northern California able to accommodate the entire fleet of wide-body aircraft.
In 2002, the airport launched a $10-million improvement program with air cargo in mind. The primary enhancement is an expanded air cargo ramp area encompassing approximately 10 acres. World-class warehousing and cold storage facilities are available adjacent to an additional air cargo apron.
- Avoid Bay Area air and ground congestion
- Quick intermodal connections – truck, train and port
