Master Plan Overview

Stockton Metropolitan Airport is a critical transportation resource for the Stockton Metropolitan Area, San Joaquin County, and the Greater Bay Area. As such, San Joaquin County has undertaken an airport master plan to develop a 20-year vision for the airport. The airport master planning process provides guidelines that allow for long term compatible growth between Stockton Metropolitan Airport and the surrounding community.

Part of the planning process is to encourage public participation. Information sharing and collaboration will occur among San Joaquin County, users and tenants of the airport, reviewing agencies, elected and appointed officials, residents, and the general public throughout the entire master planning process.

This Web site is designed to create a place for interested parties to view updated information in the master planning process, view meeting announcements, and share comments or concerns.
