Clerk of the Board

Key Functions:

• Prepares Board of Supervisor Agendas and Minutes 
• Coordinates Board of Supervisors Meetings, Industrial Development Authority, Planning, Assessment Appeals, City Selection Committee Meetings
• Liaison Between Departments and the Public
• Prepares Board of Supervisors/Clerk of the Board Budget
• Custodian of San Joaquin County Ordinance Code 
• Maintains Roster and Fact Sheets of Boards and Commissions 
• Records all Claims against the County
• Personnel Functions
