Welcome to the website for the Aging & Community Services Bureau of the San Joaquin County Human Services Agency (HSA).  Hopefully you’ll find all of this information useful in seeking the services that are available throughout San Joaquin County.  Whether you are a senior, disabled, or a caregiver of a senior or disabled person, our staff looks forward to assisting you to access the services that are available to you.  

The Aging & Community Services Bureau is committed to assisting seniors and their families/caregivers throughout the County.  Some services we provide directly to the community, and others, we provide through working with the network of programs designed to meet the needs of seniors and disabled adults regardless of income level.  Whether you are seeking general information, or have specific areas in which you feel assistance is needed, our Information and Assistance staff are available to assist you.  We encourage you to check the numerous topics that are available on the website, and if you choose, please complete the Assistance Assessment Form so that we can better serve you.  Completing this form will help you to identify the range of services for which you may be eligible.  If you decide to send us this form, it will provide us with basic information that will help us to better assist you in choosing the services that would best work for you.
